MY TRAINING STYLE
My programs are built around a simple but effective philosophy: strength should be functional, sustainable, and constantly improving. I combine traditional strength training principles with athletic conditioning, focusing on proper technique, progressive overload, and balanced development. Whether your goal is to lift heavier, improve your performance in other sports, or just become a stronger version of yourself, I’m confident my programs will help you get there.

ABOUT ME
RHYS MARSHALL
I was born and raised in a town near Vancouver, BC, where my passion for sports began at a young age. Growing up, I played a variety of sports, including soccer, baseball, skiing, mountain biking, and lacrosse. While I enjoyed them all, lacrosse quickly became my primary focus by the time I turned 12. I dedicated myself fully to the game and started training in the gym at 15 to improve my strength and overall athleticism. Lacrosse played a huge role in my life, and I competed at the highest level until my last year of Jr.A in the summer of 2024. Those years taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and pushing past limits, both physically and mentally.
In 2022 I found powerlifting and I started to shift my training focus towards it. I competed in my first local meet in February of 2024, and came out on top with a total of 565kg in the 83kg division. More recently, I’ve added running to my training, and I’m currently preparing for my first marathon in May 2025. Over the past year, I’ve developed a real passion for hybrid and cross-training fitness, which blends the best of strength and endurance work. I love the challenge of balancing different aspects of fitness, constantly pushing myself to grow stronger and faster. My journey is far from over, and I’m excited to see where this path takes me next.
WHY MY PROGRAMS?
Balanced Training
I create programs based on experience I have gained from supplementing my athletic endeavours with strength and hypertrophy training. From competing at the highest level of lacrosse to winning my first powerlifting meet with a 565kg total in the 83kg division, I know what it takes to build strength. I’ve learned firsthand how to train for both power, growth, and durability, and I’ve created these programs to help others do the same.
